Den fokuserar p\u00e5 att st\u00e4rka kommunernas livskraft genom entrepren\u00f6rskapsfostran och st\u00f6der kommunens livskraftsarbete ur ett entrepren\u00f6riellt kompetensperspektiv.<\/p>\n<p>Modellen \u00e4r en process som erbjuder kommunen tydliga steg och en upps\u00e4ttning l\u00e4ttanv\u00e4nda metoder och verktyg.
